Home Health:
-Skilled Nursing, Therapy
-Short Term, physician ordered
-Covered by Medicare
-Limited 1 person, short visits

Home Care:
-Non-medical; personal care/assistance (1 or 2 person, typically 1)
-Short term or long term
-Private Pay, LTC Ins, VA, Medicaid, grants
-Transportation, light housekeeping, meal prep, med reminders, etc.

Adult Day Programs:
-Non-medical, outside the home
-Socializing, minimal assistance provided (1 person required)
-Long-term or short term
-Respite , meals, transportation, med reminders
-Private Pay, LTC Ins, Medicaid, grants, VA
