Get to know us, (Todd Whatley and Sara Scott), and find out our purpose  for bringing you this podcast and what makes us “qualified” to provide all the Answers on Aging!

Todd Whatley is a Certified Elder Law Attorney with over 20 years of experience. Todd recently served as the President of the National Elder Law Foundation. Prior to becoming an attorney, he was a Physical Therapist, where he also gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in working with senior citizens. Todd is married, has two adult children, and, (currently), is the proud “Pop” of one grandson, Theo.

Sara Scott is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator and was most recently served as the Executive Director of an Adult Day Program. She is also a certified nursing assistant, (C.N.A.), serves families and aging loved ones as a geriatric care navigator, and works as a Nursing Home Expert Consultant for law firms throughout the US. Sara is married and has three sons.

Todd and Sara co-host a weekly radio program, “Senior Services NWA”, every Wednesday morning. This program has been providing answers to aging for over 8 years, and was a major influence in helping decide to launch this podcast series. The goal of the radio show, as well as this podcast, is to provide the public with incredibly important and helpful information that will enable aging individuals and/or their caregivers to make educated decisions about their futures, and providing the skills and tools necessary to enhance their quality of life.

We record episodes from Todd’s home office-turned-studio located in Northwest Arkansas.

Todd Whatley and Sara Scott

Todd Whatley is a Certified Elder Law Attorney with 20+ years of experience and is past President of the National Elder Law Foundations the governing organization over all Certified Elder Law Attorneys nationally. He has worked with thousands of families helping them plan for the future and get the care they need without loosing everything they have to pay for care. Sara Scott is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator, former Director of Social Services and Executive Director of a non-profit Adult Day Program. She also works with families and individuals as an Advocate for Geriatric Care and is a Nursing Home Expert Consultant for law firms throughout the US. Sara has over 10 years of experience working in the Long Term Care field with tons of families and aging individuals.
